Past tense (?) = Did I repeat each new word four or five times?

Number 2 : 
Past tense (+) = The last lesson was very difficult for the studens
Past tense (-) = The last lesson wasn’t very difficult for the students
Past tense (?) = Was the last lesson very difficult for the student?

Number 3 :
Past tense (+) = He drove very carefully yesterday
Pas tense (-) = He didn’t drive very carefully yesterday
Past tense (?) = Did he drive very carefully yesterday?

Number 4 : 
Past tense (+) = Their friends watched TV program last night
Pas tense (-) = Their friends didn’t watch TV program last night
Past tense (?) = Did their friends watch TV program last night?

Number 5 :
Past tense (+) = They were in their office
Past tense (-) = They weren’t in their office
Past tense (?) = Were they in their office?
